Wedding locations map

Ceremony

  • Weather permitting, we'll be getting married on the beach beside the Pt Lonsdale jetty, down by the lighthouse.
  • We suggest leaving your heels in the car - Henry and Liv will be going barefoot for the ceremony.
  • Arrive at 3:30 PM for a 4:00 PM start. 4:30 PM finish

Afternoon Tea

  • Come to Henry's grandma's house for some drinks and nibbles in the backyard after the ceremony.

  • 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • We recommend parking down by Clubhouse 3225 and walking up
  • If you'd rather swap bevvies for a break, we'll be ready to celebrate with you at the reception from 6:00pm.

Reception

  • 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Clubhouse 3225, 54 Ocean Road, Pt Lonsdale
  • Join us for a dinner of woodfire pizzas at the Surf Lifesavers Clubhouse, followed by dessert, drinks, and dancing!

Recovery Breakfast

  • For those staying on the Bellarine for the weekend, join us on Sunday the 15th of Feb for a laid-back recovery brunch at Liv's parents' house.
  • 4 Pieres Court, Portarlington
  • 10:30am onwards
  • Bring your swimmers if you feel like a post-wedding dip!

Useful Info

Getting to Point Lonsdale

  • Point Lonsdale is about a 1 hour 40 minute drive from Melbourne, right at the tip of the Bellarine Peninsula, down past Geelong.
  • It is possible to get the train to Geelong and the bus to Point Lonsdale
  • There is a ferry service between Docklands and Portarlington if you're after a more scenic trip to the Bellarine Peninsula.
  • Ubers and Taxis do run in the area, although they can be a bit tricky to come by.

Accommodation

  • There are many accommodation options in Point Lonsdale through AirBnB or Stayz.
  • If camping is more your vibe, there is a caravan park by the beach - Royal Park Caravan Park.
  • If you feel like exploring the Bellarine a bit further, Ocean Grove, Queenscliff, Portarlington, and Barwon Heads have plenty of options too.

Dress code

  • Coastal chic: Formal with a relaxed edge - light fabrics, linen encouraged, and shoes that are easy to kick off.
